You don’t get that across the board,” Mr Franzmann said.Vantage’s latest release Dawn will add a large area of landscaping – almost doubling the amount of communal open space – with lawns for yoga and additional barbecue areas, all defined by lush landscape.Dawn includes two and three-bedroom apartments over 15 levels. Remaining two bedroom apartments start from $520,000.Rayjon’s brief was to create a tropical oasis, providing privacy to ground levels and amenity to the communal spaces.last_img
