first_imgCarbon Monoxide alarms will now be installed in all council dwellings having works carrie rout under the insulation programme.Cllr Jimmy KavanaghThe move has been welcomed by Councillor Jimmy Kavanagh who was informed of the development by Donegal County Council.It follows a review in 2014 of the fitting of alarms.
